Cortisol & Stress Relief

Jervis Bay, New South Wales

September 14-17

Being in nature encourages physical activity and other positive behaviours. Cognitively speaking, spending time in nature increases our ability to concentrate and relieves stress as the brain experiences a reduction in cortisol (the stress hormone). By surrounding ourselves in the colours of nature our brains become quiet and restful, allowing us time to process thoughts, gain perspective and recharge.

Square Bear invites you to experience PaperBark Camp in Jervis Bay with a designer buddy from your office. Participate in activities including kayaking on the crystal-clear sapphire waters of the South Coast, bush walking amongst the local flora and fauna, whale and dolphin watching, and a local experience of bush tea, damper making and aboriginal weaving. Recharge your brain and find stress relief on this adventure.

Accommodation will be in luxury glamping tents, each with single beds and their own bathroom, and successful applicants will be requested to ‘invite a designer buddy’ to share tents and this experience with.

Stage 2 applications opening soon. Make sure you are following us on Instagram.
